Winter solstice has finally arrived. In the morning when I wake up its dark outside. The air is cold, the sky is clear, the stars are whispering up there. Winter solstice has finally arrived.

You can smell the fires burning in the cool night air, decorations on your home say holidays are here. Put up a tree or light a candle, I don't really care. We all know there's something special about this time of year.

Winter solstice has finally arrived. Days begin to grow more light outside. The air is cold, the sky is clear, the stars are whispering up there, winter solstice has finally arrived.

The leaves are gone and snow starts falling, a chill is in the air. The songs we sing, the food we bring say holidays are here. Put up a tree or light a candle, I don't really care. We all know there's something special about this time of year.
